Rosa Blasi stars on the Lifetime television series "Strong Medicine." A native of Chicago, Blasi comes from a strong theater background, having performed in more than 40 professional productions beginning at age eight - from performing comedy with the Piven Performance Company and at Second City, to starring in numerous musicals and touring with Kenny Rogers.
Since arriving in Los Angeles, Blasi has enjoyed making the transition to film and television, beginning with a recurring role on "The Bold and the Beautiful" and a starring role on the comedy series "Hitz" on UPN. Blasi has also made several guest-star appearances on such shows as "Frasier," "Becker," "Caroline in the City," "The Drew Carey Show" and "Beverly Hills 90210." She has also recorded numerous radio and television voice-overs, and recently starred in Showtime's film "Noriega God's Favorite." |
