A.J. Langer currently stars as Annie, the free-spirited youngest of the Bernstein-Flynn sisters on the NBC series "Three Sisters". Langer has created memorable characters on both the big and small screens, and most recently starred as Lauren Woods, in the television sitcom, "It's Like, You Know ..." In addition, Langer has a leading role in the upcoming independent film "On Edge," a mockumentary about competitive ice skating.
Langer is perhaps best known for her role as Rayanne Graff on the groundbreaking television drama series, "My So-Called Life." She received rave reviews and a tremendous following from fans for her work as the brash and fun-loving best friend of Angela Chase (Claire Danes). She was a series regular on "Drexell's Class" and had recurring roles on "Brooklyn South" and "Coach."
Langer made her feature-film debut in Wes Craven's "The People Under the Stairs," and followed it with a co-starring role in "And You Thought Your Parents Were Weird." She also starred in Walt Disney Pictures' "Meet the Deedles" and opposite Kurt Russell in John Carpenter's "Escape From L.A." Additional television credits include "Seinfeld," "Touched by an Angel," "The Wonder Years," "In the Heat of the Night," "Beverly Hills, 90210," and the NBC miniseries "Naomi and Wynonna: Love Can Build a Bridge." |
