We hope that your moissanite jewelry purchase at moissanite.in lived up to your expectations. However, for some reason if you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry item, it may be exchanged within 30 days of your purchase.

We appreciate your business, However if you do plan to return jewelry purchased with us. Please insure that the jewelry returned for refund or exchange must have the original security tag on the item for refunds to be processed. Moissanite.in will not accept or process the refund otherwise.

Please make sure you order the correct ring size while placing your order or talk to one of customer care executives to better assist you to avoid any problems.

Warranty

All of our jewelry comes with a Charles & Colvard ”Certificate of Authenticity and Limited Lifetime Warranty” card.

Moissanite.in has a one year manufacturer's warranty on all of its jewelry. If any damage should occur, we will gladly repair your jewelry item.

Exchanges

Exchanges are simple. You can return your moissanite or jewelry item 30 days of shipment from Moissanite.in, to exchange it for another selection. For an exchange, we will issue a credit for the price of the item (minus any additional shipping upgrades you may have purchased). You can apply this credit to the purchase of any other selection of your choice. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Ring Size

If your ring does not fit, we will resize it free of charge within 30 days of its original shipment. Resizing will take approximately 5 business days.

Returns

Moissanite.in merchandise is very valuable and requires that we take special precautions in shipment. To return a jewelry item to Moissanite.in, follow the checklist below:

1. Call or email Moissanite.in customer service at 91-11-46063001  for a Return Authorization Code.

2. Secure your jewelry inside the original jewel box. Make sure to include all packaging, including any protective wrapping. Do not forget to include your moissanite certificate. (The moissanite certificate carries a $15 replacement fee.)

3. Place it all inside a shipping box.

4. Write your Return Authorization Code on the box next to the shipping address.

5. Ship the item by any traceable shipping method and request a return receipt for your records.

We will notify you once we have received and processed your returned item. Please note that any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured returns may be returned to sender. Returns can take up to 30 days to process.
